Refund policy
We hope you love your new eyewear, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
This policy applies to all online customers purchasing directly from Specs London via our website.
To apply for a refund:
• You must notify us within 14 days of purchasing your order that you wish to return your purchase.
• Upon a successful inspection of your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back.
Condition of Returned Eyewear:
For hygiene and safety reasons, and to ensure we can continue to offer high-quality eyewear, all returned items must meet the following standard:
Returned eyewear must be:
• Unused
• In original, “as new” condition
• Free from visible wear, including:
• Makeup marks
• Fingerprints, smudges or scratches on lenses
• Frame warping or adjustment
• Alterations to fit
• Returned in the original packaging, including:
• Protective case
• Cleaning cloth
• Tags, accessories and documentation.
If an item shows signs of handling beyond what is reasonably required to assess suitability (e.g., excessive wear or lens damage), we will offer:
• A store credit instead of refund, or
• Return of the item back to you
Items Excluded from Returns:
We cannot accept returns for:
• Gift cards
• Sale / clearance items / special discounted promotions
• Eyewear that has been heavily worn or damaged after delivery

We will provide you with:
• Instructions for sending your product back securely
We recommend using a tracked service - we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds:
Refunds can only be issued to:
• The original payment method
• The original purchaser
Refunds may take up to 7–10 working days to appear depending on your bank.
*Orders placed with Black Friday or Cyber Monday promotional codes will qualify for store credit only. No refunds or exchanges will be available. No price adjustments.*
